A: The warranty covers manufacturing defects including delamination, abnormal cracking under normal use conditions, and significant dimensional deviation from spec.     • For returns initiated due to personal preferences (e.g., change of mind, dissatisfaction with the color or style), a 15% restocking fee will be applied, and the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

7. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds:

    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you and inform you if the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 1-5 business days. The final credit posting time depends on your bank or credit card company.

  • Exchanges:

    • For the fastest way to ensure you get what you want, we recommend that you return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. Refunds for Orders Placed by Mistake:

Please be advised that if an order is placed due to an accidental click and is subsequently refunded, a 5% transaction fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee is charged by the payment processor, not by TESERY. Therefore, the refunded amount will be less than the original payment.
