1. Introduction of dry carbon fiber：
Dry carbon fiber is not made in the same way as wet carbon fiber. The price of dry carbon fiber is more expensive, the production process is more complicated, the manufacturing cost is also higher. Carbon fiber is a material that is used in many high performance sports cars and racing cars. Carbon fiber can not be found in ordinary civilian cars. Dry Carbon Fiber is lightweight and strong, so it's only natural that this material is popular with many supercar manufacturers. Dry Carbon Fiber has less resin left over from the manufacturing process, which makes the parts made from this type of fiber stronger.

2. Introduction of Wet Carbon Fiber :
Wet carbon fiber is much easier to make than dry carbon fiber, and the cost is vastly different. The mainstream production method of wet carbon fiber can be basically divided into two, one is the hand-layup method, the specific exploration can be literally understood. Our Real Molded Carbon Fiber is coated with 3 coats of UV Protection. Over time without proper care from waxing or applying a nano-ceramic coating, this protection can wear off. The warranty is limited to 1 year. Slight yellowing is normal for carbon fiber when parked outside in direct sunlight and is not covered under our warranty. To extend the life of our Carbon Fiber, we recommend using "303 Protectant” that will assist with UV protection.

A5 - Installing a carbon fiber dashboard cover requires care and patience to ensure proper installation to protect your vehicle's interior and ensure safety. Below are the general installation steps:

Step 1: Make sure the vehicle interior is clean. Wipe down the original vehicle dashboard with alcohol and a clean cloth to ensure the adhesive can fully adhere.
Step 2: Apply the adhesive. Open the adhesion promoter and apply the adhesive evenly on the inside of the carbon fiber dash cover. Make sure to apply evenly and avoid using too much adhesive.
Step 3: Remove the tape on the back of the carbon fiber dashboard, place the carbon fiber dash cover in the correct position, make sure it fits perfectly on the dashboard, and cover it over the original dashboard of the car.
Step 4: Install the dash cover by pressing gently with a rag as appropriate to ensure adhesion, from left to right (or right to left) and top to bottom.
Step 5: Wait for drying. Adhesives usually take some time to fully dry and cure. After completing the installation, follow the recommended wait time in the guide to ensure that the dash cover is securely mounted to the dashboard.
Step 6:Clean up residue. After the installation is complete, clean up any excess adhesive or stains and make sure the area around the dash cover is clean.
