We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive the item to request a refund (Note: Steering wheels and wheels are custom products and will not be accepted for any reason other than quality issues).

Customer self-service returns:Allows customers to request and manage returns themselves by logging in via the email account reserved at the time of order placement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@tesery.com or use our live chat. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. All non-defective or undamaged products are subject to a 15% restocking fee, with shipping paid by the buyer (except where prohibited by law). No restocking fee will be charged for damaged or defective . Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or received in error, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and correct it. Your 100% satisfaction is important to us.


Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return your item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.


Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund in the form of your original payment. Please keep in mind that it will also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be fully processed.
