Is this kit compatible with my Tesla model?+
This kit is designed exclusively for the Model Y Juniper (2025+) and Model 3 Highland (2024+). It is not compatible with earlier Model 3 or Model Y generations due to the different 16V electrical architecture on these refreshed models.
Will installing this kit void my Tesla warranty?+
No. Our kit uses OEM-grade plug-and-play connectors that tap into the factory power source without any wire cutting or permanent modifications. The installation is 100% reversible and will not affect your vehicle warranty.
Can I install this myself, or do I need a professional?+
While the electrical connection is plug-and-play, the underbody routing requires a vehicle lift and careful cable management along the chassis. We strongly recommend professional installation at a local tuning shop or service center.
How do I control the lighting?+
You can control the lights via the dedicated Smartphone App (iOS & Android) or the included RF Remote. Both allow you to switch colors, adjust brightness, select dynamic modes, and activate the music-sync feature.
Is the kit waterproof? Can it handle rain and car washes?+
Yes. The LED strips carry an IP68 waterproof rating, making them fully protected against heavy rain, puddles, and standard car washes. The impact-resistant housing also shields the strips from road debris and gravel.

Providing vehicle details (model/year/VIN) along with photos or short videos will help us resolve your issue much faster.

Products that are removed or altered before troubleshooting may not be eligible for return or replacement.

  • Non-Quality-Related Returns (e.g., Personal Preference):

    • For returns initiated due to personal preferences (e.g., change of mind, dissatisfaction with the color or style), a 15% restocking fee will be applied, and the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

7. Refunds & Exchanges
