Easy 20-Minute DIY Installation

Don't be intimidated by airbag removal—our plug-and-play design uses your original airbag and button controls. Professional installation is recommended, but as you can see in our step-by-step video below, self-installation is very doable in under 20 minutes!

IMPORTANT NOTICES:

NO WARRANTY VOID: Plug & Play installation does NOT void your Tesla drivetrain or screen warranty.
AIRBAG TRANSFER: We do NOT ship with an airbag. You will easily transfer your original airbag and center electronics to this new wheel.
LEAD TIME: As each wheel is custom-made to order, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for production.
RETURN POLICY: Due to the custom nature of this product, returns are only accepted for verifiable manufacturing defects.

You have the right to request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your item. To ensure a smooth process, please make sure to contact us and initiate the return within this 30-day period.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a refund, returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

4. Return Reasons & Associated Fees

We handle two types of returns:

  • Quality Issues or Damaged Products:

    • If the item you received is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will issue a full refund or provide a replacement and will cover all associated costs.

  • Non-Quality-Related Returns (e.g., Personal Preference):

    • For returns initiated due to personal preferences (e.g., change of mind, dissatisfaction with the color or style), a 15% restocking fee will be applied, and the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

  • Customized Products: For example, steering wheels and wheels that are explicitly marked as custom products cannot be returned for non-quality-related issues.

  • Specific Items: This includes gift cards, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.

7. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds:

    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you and inform you if the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 1-5 business days. The final credit posting time depends on your bank or credit card company.

  • Exchanges:

    • For the fastest way to ensure you get what you want, we recommend that you return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. Refunds for Orders Placed by Mistake:

Please be advised that if an order is placed due to an accidental click and is subsequently refunded, a 5% transaction fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee is charged by the payment processor, not by TESERY. Therefore, the refunded amount will be less than the original payment.
