The default power source is the cigarette lighter socket, which is equipped with a smart power-off mechanism that activates when you are approximately 3 meters away from the vehicle, turning off after 30 seconds. An alternative is the rear air conditioning valve, which provides immediate shutdown upon leaving the vehicle. This alternative requires an additional payment of 60 yuan.
The mobile app allows you to adjust colors, brightness, and saturation, and offers both solid color and dynamic modes. The dynamic mode includes 146 fixed effects and unlimited customizable effects, while the music rhythm mode provides 18 synced lighting effects that respond to sound.
The lights are made of high-quality LED light strips. Installation uses wooden wedge gaps and traceless nano-adhesive, ensuring no drilling or hard adhesives are used. The installation is tool-free and leaves no residue, allowing for easy removal and full restoration of the vehicle's original condition.

For returns initiated due to personal preferences (e.g., change of mind, dissatisfaction with the color or style), a 15% restocking fee will be applied, and the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

6. Non-Returnable Items
Due to their nature, certain types of items are not eligible for return:
Customized Products: For example, steering wheels and wheels that are explicitly marked as custom products cannot be returned for non-quality-related issues.
Specific Items: This includes gift cards, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.

7. Refunds & Exchanges
