On November 24, 2025 the Dutch vehicle authority RDW published a reply to Teslaās Nov. 22 X post. Official Dutch text: RDW and Tesla had a plan under which Tesla was expected in February 2026 to be able to show that FSD Supervised meets the requirements; whether that plan would be met āmust become clear in the coming periodā; traffic safety comes first. RDW thanked people who had already written in and asked everyone not to contact the agency ā it tied up customer service and would not influence whether the schedule was met.
