Update, August 19, 2026: South Korea was the Cybertruck’s first official market outside North America. Later volume and FSD-on-Cybertruck in Korea are separate notes. This file is the Nov. 27, 2025 handover event, not a global Cybertruck export flood.
On November 27, 2025 Tesla Korea said the first Cybertruck deliveries in Korea were completed, at a ceremonial event in Seoul (Cultural Reserve Base / former oil-reserve site in coverage). Tesla Korea: “On November 27, 2025, the first Cybertruck deliveries were completed in Korea.” Reports put about 30 trucks at the event, with a lineup light show. Reservation holders had been asked to confirm in late August. This is a small first overseas delivery wave. It is not FSD unsupervised, and it is not proof every Korean Tesla is a Cybertruck.
Key facts
- When / where: Nov. 27, 2025, Seoul delivery event.
- Who said it: Tesla Korea on X; TeslaNorth and Cybertruck Owners Club repeated the same sentence.
- Scale that day: About 30 trucks at the ceremony, per recaps — not a national fleet.
- What this is not: Europe Cybertruck sales, or a right-hand-drive global launch.
First export vs a volume market
Korea also opened FSD (Supervised) on a thin slice of U.S.-built HW4 cars that month (Tesery: Lee So-young’s Supervised ride). Do not merge “Cybertruck arrived” with “FSD is on every Korean VIN.” Most Korean Teslas remain China-built Model 3/Y.
FAQ
Was this the first Cybertruck outside the U.S. and Canada?
Tesla Korea and English recaps treated it as the first official overseas customer market.
Did they get FSD on the truck that night?
Event copy talked about FSD Supervised planned for Cybertruck by end-2025 in some recaps. Treat that as a software promise, not a toggle confirmed for all 30 VINs.
Can I order one in Germany from this?
No. This is Korea homologation and a local event.
For Korean owners: a launch-day photo-op does not change Model Y service or your FSD SKU.
